Through a simple interface, the user can set parameters for system backup such as date and time of the beginning of this operation, whether it is a backup of the whole system or incremental backup, whether this operation is performed only once or according to defined dynamics (every day, every week, ...).
Every time some of the defined operations are started automatically, the administrator receives an email notification about it (when the backup started, when it ended, status, ...). Through this application, it is also possible to perform mass or individual deletion of documents.
