Human Resource Management (HRM), includes all activities and processes in the field of planning, recruitment, training, and monitoring of personnel with the sole aim of continuously improving the performance of the business organization.

Almost all other information subsystems use this data, linking them to specific events, business and financial changes, or any other business factors. Therefore, the quality, consistency, and provision of a complete history of data within the HRM is crucial for the efficiency and usability of the overall ERP system.

HR module as part of the information system

The HRM module database is an integral part of the unique UniDocs Business Box system database. It has been developed to ensure the keeping of all data on the organization of the business system, records and precise job descriptions, all temporary and permanent employees, former employees, their family members, as well as job candidates, scholarship holders and other persons who are part of the company's human resources. The HRM database also contains job schedules and / or project teams, as well as any changes caused by different types of absences or special tasks.

The database also stores the complete history of data, which includes the history of organizational schemes, jobs, employee schedules, changes in schedules, as well as data on all events related to personnel.

The HRM module contains applications that automate all processes related to planning, hiring and monitoring staff, planning and defining the organization and jobs, staff training through mandatory and additional training, and all other aspects of personnel management and company organization.

All applications are fully integrated into the UniDocs platform for document and business process management and provide automated generation of all types of contracts, annexes, solutions, and other documents from the HRM domain in electronic form. Within the system,  each employee has a file, which contains a set of documents related to it. In this way, HRM uses all the functionalities of the UniDocs system, such as storage, exchange, archiving, electronic signing of documents, which ensures that document management and business processes are an integral part of the HRM module.

The module also includes complete functionality for automated recording and monitoring of attendance at work, determination of variable parts of remuneration, as well as the determination of all standard allowances and deductions, which together form the basis for calculating the salary for a certain period.

An integral part of the HRM module is a subsystem for monitoring the borrowing of fixed assets and inventory, as well as the borrowing of protective equipment and tools, tools, and the like. Duties can be at the level of a specific employee or at the level of the organizational unit, and the system always controls whether they are performed in accordance with the defined rules established within the company.

The module contains a complete set of tools necessary to monitor all parameters related to safety at work. It provides a recording of all events relevant to occupational safety jobs, such as injuries at work, illness, and other events. These functionalities, combined with the planning and monitoring of mandatory training and special reports in this domain, enable the real management of occupational safety, as well as the continuous improvement of occupational safety.

All application units can be delegated to specific users of the system by a universal system for the formation of permissions and access restrictions and thus adapted to the specific organization and the authorizations within it, regardless of the type or size of the company or organization.
